We have been advising on this site since 2022 and work is on-going in 2023.

Outline planning permission was granted in 2015 for the Eastern Neighbourhood, thereby releasing the site from the Green Belt and forming part of the large strategic housing allocation for East Herts.

The development is being delivered by a consortium of developers, and Oriel Planning were instructed as planning lead for Taylor Wimpey’s parcels to secure reserved matters approval for a total of 270 dwellings across various parcels.

In delivering these sites, we have been working closely alongside the client and project architect to secure well designed schemes which have evolved positively though ongoing discussions with officers and statutory consultees throughout the decision making process.
