In 2023 we secured permission for a large stable block in open countryside for a private client based in Nantwich, Cheshire. We faced objection from neighbouring residents of the development owing to proximity to boundaries, but in discussion with officers were able to justify the development, improve its design and make provision for a bat loft within the roof structure.
