With an initial instruction starting in 2018, Becky led on the promotion strategy with the client to secure a draft allocation in emerging Local Plan (South Worcestershire Development Plan being jointly prepared between Malvern District, Wychavon District and Worcester City). In light of the delays to the plan and the lack of a demonstrable five-year housing land supply, Becky also co-ordinated the submission of early application for circa 120 new homes up until 2022.
